On the green hills of Val di Chio, on a sunny and panoramic position, a stone's throw from the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, we find Borgo Orzale, a small hamlet where time seems to have stopped forever. Inside the small village a lovely apartment, set on two levels, and with independent entrance. The village of Castiglion Fiorentino with shops, restaurants and all kind of services is only 5 km away.
Around 50 metres from the apartment there is a completely fenced garden (approx. 1250 sqm.), where, for the exclusive use of the guests, we find the swimming pool (size m. 5x12 - depth m. 1,40), a bathroom (washbasin and wc), an external shower, a large wooden gazebo equipped with table and chairs, the barbecue and the wood burning oven where it will be nice to prepare appetizing meals.
The house furnishing is simple but cosy.
