Villa il Laghetto consists of the main house and an attractive annex, for a total space of about 300 square meters and 12 beds (plus a double sofa bed); it is surrounded by a fully fenced large garden including a portion of woods and a small vegetable garden (only during summertime) with some fresh vegetables always available for our guests. A beautiful private swimming pool (open from May to late September) 6 meters wide and 12 long with Jacuzzi with a diameter of 4 meters, suitable for children. Two gazebos and comfortable garden furniture complete the external area for you to enjoy.

On the ground floor of the main house there is a large living area, which includes an efficient old stone fireplace (to warm even the coldest winter days), a dining area with tables and chairs, a bathroom, the kitchen with access to the veranda. (Where you will find tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a large barbecue). Off this area also there is a double bedroom with private bathroom there including tub / shower and porch. On the first floor, we have a large living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, laundry room and large terrace. (Accessible by both internal and external staircases). The annex is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, porch furnished with outdoor furniture. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Our Holiday Home “Villa il Laghetto” is located in “Castiglion Fiorentino”, a little town in the province of “Arezzo”, in the middle of the leafy Val di Chiana, rich in history and art. We aim to unite the charm of an old farmhouse with the comfort of modern living, with space, luxury and a high level of facilities. The Villa is situated near cities full of history, art and culture such as Cortona (20 km), Arezzo (25 km) and Siena (60 km) and not far from Florence (100 km), Perugia (80 km) and Rome (210 km).

The villa is located at the end of a small country road, surrounded by vineyards and woods, where only the passage of a few small planes or gliders, and the short sound of a high-speed train passing nearby, reminds us of the time when we live.
