With the Tuscan cooking course, you will learn traditional recipes, working with fresh pasta, bruschettas, desserts, and good wine. A chef will guide you through a cooking lesson, revealing the secrets of Tuscan recipes, suggesting the best pairings, and techniques to prepare amazing dishes.
The course will take place at a farmhouse in the countryside between Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, full of genuine Tuscan atmosphere. You will start by getting your hands on dough to make pici, tagliatelle, or gnocchi, then move on to bruschettas. Tuscan ragù or aglione sauce, made with the sweet garlic from Valdichiana. To finish, a dessert based on the chef’s inspiration.
At the end of the cooking lesson, it will be time to enjoy what you have prepared in a pleasant lunch at the farmhouse, accompanied by a glass of wine.
