Borgo Dolci Colline

Borgo Dolci Colline is the result of the expert renovation of a seventeenth-century farmhouse: each barn has been transformed into an apartment, each unique, preserving the Tuscan style with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. There are eight apartments in total, equipped with every comfort. Expansive green spaces, a panoramic terrace, a swimming pool overlooking the hills, and an exclusive wellness center make this a timeless haven where you can rejuvenate body and mind and enjoy a unique experience.

For those who love walking, there are numerous trails in the area for exploring on foot or on the mountain bikes provided free of charge.

The olive groves, green spaces, and panoramic swimming pool offer a suggestive sense of tranquility amidst the colors and scents of the area. The enchanting wellness center allows you to lose yourself in a timeless corner and rediscover the fulfilling universe of well-being.

Borgo Dolci Colline has been producing extra virgin olive oil for three generations, with over 3,000 olive trees from which we extract Tuscany's precious "liquid gold."

We organize guided tours of the mill where we explain the process of producing the product, describing the entire production chain from harvesting the fruit to the finished product. At the end of the tour, you can taste the oil with Tuscan bread.
