All our villas—Villa degli Olivi, Collina dei Fiori, Casale il Trecento, and Villa Giotto—were built and restored according to green building principles.
The choice of materials, including natural lime plaster and paint, wooden window frames, and cork and clay insulation, provide residents with a healthy and welcoming environment, respectful of nature and its balance.
Our villas host guests from all over the world. To preserve the fragile balance that surrounds us, we minimize our use of plastic. Recycling bins are available within each property.
