The tower-style house is arranged over three levels. The main living area occupies the first and second floors:
On the first floor, there is a welcoming living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
On the second floor, you’ll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, all furnished in a classic rustic style.
A lovely entrance loggia on the first floor offers an incomparable view of the valley and the town’s medieval walls, while a traditional wood-fired oven under a small canopy completes the outdoor space — perfect for enjoying authentic Tuscan moments.
Guests have exclusive access to all rooms on the first and second floors, as well as the panoramic loggia, accessible via characteristic Tuscan stone steps leading up from the courtyard.
On the ground floor, there is a separate tavern room, fully independent and locked off from the rest of the house. When available, it can be rented upon request under the same conditions described in the listing “rustic room”.
