Situated on the site of an ancient monastery, in an elevated and secluded location, the villa opens onto a large garden surrounded by cypress and pine trees. A gate from the garden leads to the swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and offering enchanting views of the Val di Chio.
It comprises two bedrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, all spread over 91 square meters. The entrance opens onto a small balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Since 2020, the house has been equipped with air conditioning.
Guests have free access to the pool and all garden amenities, including a barbecue. A personal laundry room is also available for their use.
