No need to look for him at the North Pole—this year Santa Claus will be waiting inside the Cassero Tower!
Every weekend in December, leading up to Christmas, he will be delighted to welcome young visitors and entertain them with his stories in a truly unique setting. But the celebration doesn’t stop there: acrobats, fire breathers, street bands, storytellers, street theater, movie screenings, creative workshops, fantastic characters, and much more will bring to life the streets of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, beautifully decorated for the occasion with Christmas lights and luminous installations. Meanwhile, Town Hall Square will host the traditional Christmas Markets, where you can enjoy holiday shopping together with the charming stores of the historic center. And of course, Christmas in Castiglion Fiorentino wouldn’t be complete without tradition. On Sunday, December 21st and Thursday, December 26th, within the ancient town walls, the Live Nativity Scene will be reenacted, featuring numerous performers and faithful reproductions of historical costumes.
