With this Tuscan cooking course you will learn traditional recipes, such as fresh pasta, bruschetta and desserts. An expert homemaker will accompany you on a cooking class which will reveal you the secrets of Tuscan recipes, suggesting the best combinations and techniques for preparing surprising dishes.
The class will be held in a farmhouse in the countryside of Castiglion Fiorentino, in authentic Tuscan atmosphere. You will start to knead the dough for the preparation of pici, tagliatelle or gnocchi, and then you will focus on the bruschetta. You will prepare tuscan ragout or aglione, made with sweet garlic from Valdichiana. Finally, a dessert according to the inspiration of the homemaker.
At the end of the cooking class it will be time to enjoy what you have prepared in a pleasant lunch or dinner in the farmhouse, accompanied by a glass of wine.
