The residence has been restored preserving its original characteristics.
You can see the impressive profile of the Montecchio Castle (sec. XII) from the windows.   
We are easy to reach: we are located between cities of great artistic and naturalistic interest (Siena, Firenze, Perugia, Arezzo for example).  

The smallest towns are perfectly preserved medieval village such as Castiglion Fiorentino.
This town also has a really interesting etruscan acheological itinerary. 

You can find lots of activities throughout the year: historical parades in period costumes and food festivals.

The residence is about 2km from a sport center where you can play tennis, go swimming, play beach volleyball, five a side football and more.

You can also go horseriding and fly light airplanes contacting the "Serristori" flying center near by.
We also reccomend walking or biking tours in the "Parco delle Comunanze".
