The Il Poggiolo holiday house has two independent apartments and is located near the main house (a large building with chapel and spacious park) among olives and vines, as in the old Tuscan farm tradition. The guest house, an 18th-century colony-style house, is divided into two apartments which have been refurbished respecting the original forms but with the addition of modern amenities: exposed-stone walls on the ground floor and white-washed plaster on the first floor, furnished with antiques and style pieces. There are a total of 5 bedrooms able to accommodate 11 guests. Set in a secluded, panoramic spot overlooking the Valdichiana as if from a terrace. From here you can see a vast portion of the valley, as far as Monte Amiata (in the province of Siena) and closer, the 11th-century fortress castello di Montecchio. There is ample parking available. Guests may enjoy part of the park, walking along roads and following itineraries within the large terraced olive grove (part of the estate) which lead uphill to an even higher vantage point, all in a natural environment full of the scents and sounds of the past. The Poggiolo farm has a wood-burning oven, a classic element in the Tuscan tradition, where it is possible to cook wholesome food and tasty pizzas. There is also a swimming pool (4x10 m) with a large paved area in front of the house.

The house is located in a panoramic area with a 8000 m2 conifer park and a swimming pool (6x14 m). The house is surrounded by a 50 hectares of chestnut and oak forests where mushrooms, olive trees and pinion pine trees are also found.
